Zesty poor credit mortgage deals
Thu, 12 Jan 2006
Mortgage lender Zest is offering a new range of discounted poor credit mortgage deals, funded by Stroud &Swindon Building Society.

Called Harvest, the range of four-year mortgage deals offer loans to those with adverse credit problems.

Mortgage rates on the range of poor credit mortgage deals start from 4.99 per cent.

The mortgage lender says the poor credit mortgage range is aimed at "rescuing" potential homebuyers by offering them a mortgage deal that could re-establish a healthy financial position.

"This keenly priced facility will give confidence to the consumer, empowering them to face the future with renewed financial stability, with backing from a well respected top 20 lending institution," said the managing director of Zest, Keith Curtis.

The poor credit mortgage range comes with an option for self-certification.

Self-certified mortgages allow potential borrowers that do not fit traditional mortgage lending criteria to qualify for mortgages. It is aimed specifically at people who are unable to prove their income.
