Preferred poor credit mortgage rate with em-homeloans

Fri, 27 Jan 2006

Mortgage lender em-homeloans has announced that it will offer an exclusive discounted mortgage rate with its branded lending partner Preferred on a range of poor credit mortgages.

It has increased its one-year discount mortgage rate on its poor credit mortgage range, which includes light adverse, mid adverse, extra light adverse and near prime adverse mortgage products.

The operations manager at em-homeloans, Simon Mouncher, says the mortgage lender is "delighted" to welcome Preferred as a branded lender.

It is also "pleased" to offer "fantastic exclusives" on its poor credit mortgage range, he tells Mortgage Introducer.

He says that coupled with the mortgage lender's unique offer of free valuations and no application fees, he is sure that this poor credit mortgage deal will be popular.

Roger Taylor, the director of sales and marketing at Preferred, says that Preferred is looking forward to help em-homeloans maintain its "exceptional service standards and record levels of business".

em-homeloans is the residential branded lending division of em-financial and claims to be one of the leading mortgage packers and branded mortgage lenders in the UK.

It offers residential mortgages, commercial mortgages and international mortgages. Bridging and secured loans are also available from em-homeloans.
