Mortgage lender extends special offer
Mon, 09 Jan 2006
Non-conforming mortgages available from em-homeloans will continue to offer free valuations and no application fees, the mortgage lender has announced.

Extending this mortgage offer comes after an "incredible" response from mortgage brokers, according to the director of business development at em-homeloans, Guy Garrard.

Working closely with mortgage brokers has enabled the mortgage lender to create products and initiatives that directly match the needs of brokers and clients, Mr Garrard explains.

He says that indefinitely continuing with this initiative "certainly" strengthens the mortgage lender's position in the mortgage market as a "quality provider".

Mr Garrard said em-homeloans welcomes the fact that other mortgage lenders have introduced similar mortgage offers.

But he insists that no other branded mortgage lender "is prepared to run a programme with the same level of commitment and longevity" as em-homeloans.

The mortgage lender is the residential branded lending division of em-financial and claims to be one of the leading mortgage packers and branded mortgage lenders in the UK.

It offers residential mortgages, commercial mortgages and international mortgages. Bridging and secured loans are also available from em-homeloans.
