Chelsea Building Society last week reintroduced its range of three-year and five-year mortgage products at new fixed mortgage rates.
The mortgage lender is offering a fixed-rate mortgage at 4.84 per cent for three years, or 4.89 per cent over five years, before both mortgages move onto the mortgage lender's standard variable rate (SVR) of 6.49 per cent.
Chelsea is also offering remortgage products with mortgage rates of 4.99 per cent for three years and 5.04 per cent for five years. Both these mortgage rates will also move onto the SVR of 6.49 per cent at the end of the fixed mortgage period.
All four mortgages have a maximum loan-to-value of 95 per cent, with a minimum loan amount of £25,000 and a maximum of £2 million.
The mortgage products have an arrangement fee of £495 and no assisted legal fees, while the remortgage products have an arrangement fee of £400 and no valuation fees.
Chelsea is the UK's sixth largest building society with assets of more than £8.9 billion.
