Paragon Mortgages is one of the UK’s leading providers of residential Buy to Let mortgages, winning the ‘Buy-to-Let Lender of the Year’ award at the 2002, 2003 and 2004 Business Finance Awards. Paragon Mortgages is a member of The Paragon Group of Companies PLC, a publicly listed independent specialist provider of consumer finance.

Libor Tracker product: Interest is set at a rate just above the LIBOR rate throughout the term of the loan. Buy to Let Variable Rate: This rate is reviewed with movements in the money market. Low Cost LIBOR Tracker: Interest is set at a rate just above LIBOR for the first 12 months it then reverts to a higher set above the LIBOR. The Freedom Tracker follows the LIBOR too. Fee Saver Re-mortgage: this is set at a variable rate above the LIBOR. 3 yr Discounted Fee Saver Re-mortgage: This is a discounted fee saver re-mortgage product. A discount on the LIBOR applies for the first 3 years. It is then set at a higher rate. Fixed Rate: These can be 2, 3 or 5 year fixed rate mortgages. After the fixed rate term has finished the variable rate is set according to the LIBOR plus a charge. Fee Saver Re-mortgage product: the interest rate is set according to the LIBOR for the full term of the mortgage. Paragon are an ARLA affiliated lender and have developed a wide range of financial products for property investors. They carry out regular research into the buy-to-let market and issue a monthly Buy To Let Index which tracks property prices, rents and yields across England and Wales.
