Offset Tracker Rate: your initial rate tracks the Bank of England Base Rate and is set above it for an agreed period. Your rate will also depend on which tracker product you choose and how much you want to borrow. After the tracker period has finished your mortgage reverts to the Intelligent Finance standard variable rate.

There are no early repayment charges. An arrangement fee is applicable. You can make overpayments when you want. Interest is calculated on a daily basis.

The offset feature of this mortgage allows you to link your mortgage to your current and savings accounts. Your mortgage balance is offset against the interest on your savings and current accounts. The amount you can offset is unlimited.

You can also apply for an offset fixed rate mortgage. The initial rate is fixed for 3 years and then reverts to the Intelligent Finance standard variable rate. All offset mortgages are portable.
