All of the mortgages (buy to let, right to buy, self certified and status led) are suitable for people who have bad credit ratings. In all cases the maximum LTV (loan to property value ratio) is 90%.

Future Mortgages product’s have higher fees and rates but if nobody else can lend you the money then this might be the place to go.
