Barnsley Building Society Mortgage Products
   

Fixed Rate: your initial mortgage rate is fixed for the first 5 years. It then reverts to a variable rate for the rest of the mortgage term.

An administration fee applies. This is a portable product. An early repayment charge applies for the first 5 years. A higher lending charge may apply.

Available for mortgage and re-mortgage.

Discount: your initial mortgage rate is set at a discount variable rate. Barnsley Building Society has discount products for 2 and 4 years. Your rate will depend upon which product you choose and how much you want to borrow.

There is no administration fee. This is a portable product. An early repayment charge applies for the first 5 years. A higher lending charge may apply. Available for mortgage and re-mortgage.

Buy to Let: your initial rate will be set at a discount for a 4 year period off the Society’s standard variable rate. After the discount period is over your rate will revert to the standard variable rate for the rest of the mortgage term.
