There are a number of other hidden fees and charges that some lenders levy against borrower. Other fees such as mortgage account fees may apply in some cases.
This occurs when a lender or solicitor sets up a special account to cover all lending fees and costs. The list below is by no means complete, but could help borrowers know what to look out for in the small print.
