Mortgages can be offered in a variety of currencies, giving flexibility, and up to a maximum of 80% Loan to Value for Polish descendents and 50% for other investors.

Poland's economy is strong, with 3.6% GDP growth in 2003 and on track for 6% in 2005. Inflation was 3.6% last year. Interest rates are at an all time low and are not expected to rise through 2005. Corporate taxes were slashed from 24% to 19% in 2004. The unemployment rate in Warsaw is 6.5%.

With a population of 38.6 million and a Gross Domestic Product of 230 billion USD, it accounts for over half of the accession population and 41% of GDP.
