Mesne Profits	The mesne profit is the amount that a tenant should pay if he or she remains in occupation of premises unlawfully. Mesne profits are claimed in lieu of rent.
Messuage	A Messuage is a residential dwelling house.
Mezzanine	A mezzanine is the intermediate floor in a multi-floor building. The floor will typically not extend to the full floor space of the whole building.
Mortgagee	Mortgagees are mortgage providers such as lenders, banks, building societies.
Mortgagor	Mortgagors are people taking on a mortgage loan, a borrower.
