User Guide to Searching for a Broker

The mortgage broker directory gives you the ability to search for brokers by specialism and/or location. This means that you can find a mortgage broker who is not only in your area, but also specialises in the type of mortgage you require.

Searching for a Broker

To search for a broker, simply search by:

• Who: name of a broker
• Where: location

If you search by location, as you enter your town/city, you may be shown a drop down list from which you can choose your appropriate location.

There is also an advanced search feature, where brokers are:

• Experts in: this indicates the specialisms you require your broker to have
• Fee-free: indicating whether brokers charge fees or not

Broker Search

Once you are happy with your search criteria, you can Find Brokers.

Once you have entered your criteria and submitted your search, you will be presented with the brokers that match your criteria.

You can page through the brokers returned.

If there are no brokers matching your search criteria, you will be shown mortgage brokers who next match your criteria the closest.

View Broker Profiles

To view broker profile information, simply click on the broker name.

if you are searching for a mortgage broker to match your criteria, browse as many broker profiles as you desire until you find the mortgage broker that bests suits your requirements.

Broker Pages

Each broker page will allow you to view:

• Basic broker information
• Location of the broker on a map
• Send broker details to your email address

Premium Partner listings will also have the following information:

• Extended description
• Additional services information
• Ability to contact the broker directly
